支持.NET Framework 4.7.1

.NET framework 4.7.1完全支持。目前这是一个可选项目，2018年6月的季度版本开始，Exchange Server 2013和2016安装将需要.NET Framework 4.7.1。建议客户应计划升级到.NET Framework 4.7.1，以避免阻止安装Exchange Server 2013和2016的6月2018年季度版本。
