CCM管理员密码恢复
上次我客户的CCM管理员密码忘记了，在cisco官网上找到了恢复方法，跟大家分享下

恢复管理员和安全密码
在CCM硬件设备上连接键盘以及显示器
注意：
1、在群集中的所有节点的安全密码必须匹配。更改所有机器上，或在群集节点的安全密码将无法沟通。
2、您必须重置群集中每个服务器更改后的安全密码。
3、在此过程中，必须移除，然后插入一个有效的CD或在磁盘驱动器DVD的证明你有物理访问系统。

Step 1 Log in to the system with the following username and password
步骤1登录到下面的用户名和密码系统
username：pwrecovery
（输入pwrecovery）
password：pwreset
（输入pwreset）
The Welcome to platform password reset window displays.
（欢迎使用平台密码重置窗口）

Step 2 Press any key to continue.
（第2步按任意键继续）

Step 3 If you have a CD or DVD in the disk drive, remove it now.
（第三步：如果您有CD或在磁盘驱动器影碟，立即将其取出）

Step 4 Press any key to continue.
（步骤4按任意键继续）

The system tests to ensure that you have removed the CD or DVD from the disk drive.
该系统测试，以确保您已删除磁盘驱动器从CD或DVD。

Step 5 Insert a valid CD or DVD into the disk drive.
第五步插入一个有效的CD或插入磁盘驱动器的DVD。
Note For this test, you must use a data CD, not a music CD.
注意：此测试，您必须使用数据光盘，而不是音乐CD。
The system tests to ensure that you have inserted the disk.
该系统测试，以确保您插入磁盘。

Step 6 After the system verifies that you have inserted the disk, you get prompted to enter one of the following options to continue
第6步后，系统验证您已插入磁盘，你就会得到提示输入下列选项继续之一：
Enter a to reset the administrator password.
输入一个重设管理员密码。
Enter s to reset the security password.
Enter键重置安全密码。
Enter q to quit.
输入Q退出。

Step 7 Enter a new password of the type that you chose.
第7步输入的类型，您选择新的密码。

Step 8 Reenter the new password.
第八步重新输入新的密码。
The password must contain at least 6 characters. The system checks the new password for strength. If the password does not pass the strength check, you get prompted to enter a new password.
密码必须至少包含6个字符。该系统检查新密码的强度。如果密码没有通过强度校核，提示你输入一个新密码。

Step 9 After the system verifies the strength of the new password, the password gets reset, and you get prompted
第9步后，系统验证了新的密码强度，得到的密码重置，并提示你按任意键退出密码重置工具。
